The Blue Control Panel gives you complete control over how you present and market your business on the web.

Product and product profiling tools give you flexibility in how you present your products; other tools let you configure the system to target the right marketing elements to the right customers. The control panel's flexible design provides all the options you need to keep your site dynamic and responsive to changing markets and business requirements.

  • Product management - Manage all your websites content, including product text and images, web text and advertising.
  • Product Profile Management - Create and name product profiles then add associated products to them. They are then presented on the site for customers to select. These categories can describe the products they contain. 'Star Rating', 'Honeymoon facilities', 'Good for kids, 'Eco-friendly' are just some of the profile titles used by our customers, but it is your choice on how best to group and market your products. Products can belong to more than one profile. This is a power tool to radically improve your website marketing capability.
  • Customer Relationship - Customer relationships go beyond the sale. Review reports of your customer's purchases and web history. Access the profiles you have of your customers and match their needs with travel products and destinations.
  • Email Marketing - send out targeted marketing emails with suitable product sales and discounts. Run reports analysing past customer demand, track advertising responses, sales history and demand trends.
  • Web Content Management - Create and add new pages to your website.
  • Web Advertising Management - Upload and manage all web adverts. They can be displayed randomly, be targeted to appear on selected pages or when select products appear.
  • Product Marketing (up-sales) - Market and sell additional products at the point of sale. Decide what up-sale products appear when particular types of products are being purchased.
  • Reservation System - Manage Hotel and Tour Suppliers, Manage Rooms, allocation, pricing and rules, Manage GDS and Supplier bookings in one system, Automated On-request booking system, Booking Fees, apply Agent Commission levels to different agencies and Corporate Discounts levels to corporate clients, Group Booking Management, Reporting with financial excel exports, integrated e-fax (for automated supplier faxes upon bookings).
  • Extranet Reservation System - allow your suppliers to manage their own net prices, rules and view booking reports.
  • User Administration - Create and manage users, their password and their access levels to the each section of the Content and Customer Management sections of the CMS.

Currently, our system allows you to profile your products, these profiles can then be selected by the customer to see types of product they seek. Partial profiling takes this idea one step further.it allows for every product to be given a percentage profile value. A profile called 'Spa hotels' for instance does not distinguish between hotels wholly specialising in this field, and those with limited facilities to do it. By tagging a hotel with a percentage figure denoting how much, or how good they are in this area immediately adds a new level of sophistication to profiling.

  Up-sales are an increasingly important component in a commercial-focused E-Travel website. It lets you display additional products to buy in addition to those about to be purchased. Our system lets you decide what products to up-sale when particular products are selected.
  The Blue Control Panel gives you the tools to market cleverly. You decide where adverts and banners go, what products they are tied to and how long they stay online. The E-Brochure provides additional options to advertise. you can setup the brochure to included targetted marketing copy dependent on content. Options exist to take a more proactive marketing approach. You can select customers by their product preference profiles for targeted marketing campaigns.

 

A key component of the Control Panel is Product and Profile Management. Together they give you real control over how you market your products on the web. Products can be displayed in the normal manner, or they can be listed under profiles you create. You name them in whatever may you choose, then attach hotels, activites or destinations. Profiles can have names like, 'Spa hotel' or 'away from it all'. Such names give customers instant recognition of the type of product a profile or destination contains.
