The Blue Core is the foundation
of Blue Dymension's revolutionary e-travel
solution. Blue Core is a generic messaging
platform for communicating between any operational
reservation, product content and third party
system information source.
The Blue Core Messaging system
provides seamless electronic communication
between your website and the Blue Dymension
back-end systems and databases. It is the
backbone of the system. When any web site
interaction occurs such as product availability
searches or product purchase, the Blue Core
passes the information back and forth from
the Control Panel, CMS, CRM and Reservation
systems to the website. It is the system's
information highway, both interpreting the
messages and passing them as requests to
the correct destination. This could be the
database housing your product information,
a third party data source such as Sabre
or Pegasus or in fact any GDS or non-GDS
system.
The Blue
Core is a dynamic, expandable and scalable
technology platform with an XML interface
that ensures a travel company can "future-proof"
its e-Business potential. A company can
thus extend its web functionality by integrating
any third party system with Blue Core without
having to re-invest in new connectivity
technology solutions.
The Blue Core allows the
direct connectivity and flow of information
between any third party host system including
Central Reservations Systems, Global Distribution
Systems, car and hotel industry switches
and private inventory suppliers. The information
is then translated, combined and distributed
on any E-Travel web portal allowing direct
customer interaction and booking.
The Blue Core also serves as the base integration
platform for the Blue Dymension's e-Portal,
e-Brochure, Content Management, Customer
Relationship Management and Control Management
products.
